After earning her Biology degree from the University of the Philippines Visayas, Trisha embarked on her journey with the Q-quatics team as a Research Assistant for DigIn, a collaborative project with Florida Museum funded by the National Science Foundation. Her role involves digitizing invertebrate collections, particularly on georeferencing marine and freshwater specimens sourced from various partner museums and institutions. Despite her background in microbiology, Trisha is enthusiastically broadening her horizons in fisheries and ocean sciences, fueled by her past and ongoing engagement in related research endeavors.
In her downtime, Trisha relishes going on spontaneous trips with loved ones. Equally content indoors, she finds solace in tending to her garden or tackling home improvement projects, occasionally indulging in laid-back moments binge-watching her favorite TV series.
