
Reichel P. Quiñones is a dedicated public servant and career diplomat with over two decades of experience in foreign affairs, international relations, and government leadership. She currently serves as Presidential Assistant for Foreign Affairs and Chief of Presidential Protocol, overseeing high-level diplomatic engagements and state protocol for the Office of the President.
A graduate of the Bachelor of Arts in Political Science program at the University of the Philippines Diliman, she also earned her Master’s in Business Administration from Charles Sturt University, further enhancing her expertise in public administration and strategic leadership.
Throughout her career with the Department of Foreign Affairs, Ms. Quiñones has held key diplomatic and leadership roles in Tel Aviv, San Francisco, Singapore, and the DFA Home Office. She has also contributed to the successful organization of major international events, including the ASEAN Summits and APEC, demonstrating her extensive experience in diplomacy, international cooperation, and public service.
