Raine is a Research Assistant for the collaborative project between the Sea Around Us and Q-quatics, focused on updating catch reconstructions of global fisheries. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of the Philippines Los Baños, majoring in Ecology and specializing in Aquatic and Marine Ecology. Her experience as a student leader in various organizations and environmental advocacy groups has deepened her commitment to conservation and the sustainable management of marine resources.
Outside of work, Raine enjoys playing games like Stardew Valley and Overcooked. She also dedicates her time to volunteer for causes she believes in. A true nature enthusiast, Raine loves traveling, hiking, and swimming, embracing every opportunity to connect with the outdoors.
