Prolific discussions ensued from this week’s scheduled talk [April 23, 2019] by Ms. Vina Angelica Parducho on “The Application of the CMSY Concept”, the second presentation since the launching of the Qq Mini-Seminar Series on April 4. Gelli is a Research Officer at Q-quatics in charge of encoding and analysis of life history and population dynamics data.
On May to June 2018, Gelli underwent a one-month training on life history, population dynamics and CMSY at GEOMAR in Kiel under Dr. Rainer Froese (Senior Scientist at GEOMAR, author of CMSY, and founder of FishBase) and became one of the lead resource persons at the recently concluded participated by BFAR/NFRDI scientists.
